If you’re house is like my house, you had to play Fridge Tetris to get all the left over Thanksgiving food into your fridge last night. By Saturday everyone is going to be begging you to make something else besides making them at Thanksgiving dinner AGAIN. So we put together a list of delicious recipes you can make using your Thanksgiving leftovers.
Leftover Turkey Recipes
Our family uses up our turkey in a turkey and sausage gumbo. Just take your favorite chicken and sausage gumbo recipes and substitute the chicken with turkey. If you don’t have a favorite gumbo recipes we have a list of slow cooker recipes and instant pot recipes for gumbo you can try.
Lisa has two great turkey recipes her family makes with their leftover turkey – turkey pot pie and turkey hash.
If chili is your thing, Arts and Crackers has a yummy looking Gluten Free White Turkey Chili recipe.

Leftover Stuffing Recipes
One of my favorite ways to use up leftover stuffing is stuffed bell peppers. Before my youngest developed a shellfish allergy I would add in some sauteed shrimp or crawfish to our stuffing and stuff them into bell peppers. Bake at 350 for an hour and you have a new tasty meal using your leftover stuffing.

Mashed potatoes are my favorite thing. I don’t think they get the respect on the Thanksgiving table they deserve. I mean what else can you dip your rolls in? But what do you do with them after Thanksgiving is over? Here are a few recipes to use up all those leftover mashed potatoes.
