FREE Christmas Light Shows In Pensacola

First City Lights Festival 

Now through January 13th Downtown Pensacola becomes alive with hundreds of twinkling lights. 

OWA Light Show 

Every night in December at 7,8, and 9pm in Downtown OWA, see a mesmerizing light show on the 36ft tall Christmas Tree. 

Holiday Fountain Shows 

Dancing light show choreographed to holiday music everyday through December in Downtown OWA at 7:30 and 8:30pm.

Free Christmas Concerts In PEnsacola


The Gulf Breeze High School Band will hold their annual Christmas concert on December 6th from 6:30-8:30pm Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church on Fairpoint Drive


The Booker T. Washington High School Band will be holding its annual Christmas concert on December 6th from 7-10pm at the high school. Admission is free but you are asked to bring a donation of non-perishable foods, cash, or local grocery gift cards for Caring Hearts Meal Mission, a local charity that provides warm meals to Pensacola homeless people.


The Baldwin Pops will be hosting two holiday concerts with Santa as their special guest on Monday, December 10th at the Foley Civic Center. FREE

FPMS Band Holiday Concert

The Ferry Pass Middle School’s Holiday Concert will be on December 13th from 6:30-8pm in the gymnasium.

Christmas Cheer with Kate

Christmas performance by Kate Engelmeyer Musch at The Drowsy Poet (86 Brent Ln, Pensacola) on December 15th from 7-9pm.

Tis the Season to Sing Along

Sing your favorite carols at the Rex Theatre Pensacola (18 N. Palafox St, Pensacola)  on December 16th from 5-6pm. Presented by the Pensacola Choral Society’s Women’s Ensemble with special guest from the Pensacola Homeschool Choir and Pensacappella. The concert is free, however, if you can please bring a non-perishable food item for the food bank.

The Sounds of Christmas

Pine Terrace Baptist Church’s annual Christmas concert on December 16th from 6-7:30pm at the church (6212 Pine Blossom Rd., Milton). Childcare available for children 5 and under.

Sanctuary Choir Christmas Concert

Classical Christmas favorites performed with a full orchestra on December 16th from 7:30-9pm at First UMC of Pensacola (6 E. Wright St, Pensacola).

Christmas Concert

The Pensacola Homeschool band will hold it’s Christmas concert on December 17th at 6:30 pm with a reception following the concert at McIlwain Presbyterian Church (1220 E. Blount St., Pensacola).

Caroling with the Blue Anchor Belles

The Blue Anchor Belles will be holding two Christmas Concerts filled with your favorite songs of the season.

  • December 20th from 6-7pm in the Cordova Mall Foot Court
  • December 22nd from 11am-12pm at the Naval Aviation Museum. 

Free Santa Events In Pensacola


Head downtown to Jewelers Trade Shop for a visit with Santa and some hot cocoa on the following dates:

  • December 7th, 14th and 21st from 4-7pm
  • December 8th, 15th and 22nd from 3-5pm


Santa will be in downtown Pensacola for pictures every night of the Performance Tour, every weekend day between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and every afternoon before the Christmas Week tours. Visiting Santa is always free! If you provide your email address, you will get a free photo from your visit that’s suitable for sharing online with your friends and family. In order to help Santa spend more time downtown each year, you are asked t0 not take personal photos or videos. More Information 

There will also be a Santa Send Off celebration On December 24th.


Santa will be in front of Fairhope History Museum in Downtown Fairhope, AL on December 8th from 10:30am-NOON for a visit and pictures (bring your own camera). FREE


Santa drops on the beach behind Flora-Bama on December 8th from 11am-2pm. There will be arts and crafts, sweet treats, Christmas music and a visit with Santa. Parents can bring a can good or an unwrapped new toy and receive a free drink. FREE.


Billy Claus, Santa’s warm weather-loving brother who lives in the Caribbean, will be at Lulu’s Gulf Shores on December 8th at 1pm. Kids can have their picture taken with Billy and the Lulu Belles, listen to a story and make some arts and crafts. FREE.


Santa will be visiting the West Florida Libraries in December to read a story and hear your Christmas wishes.

Santa at T&W Flea Markets 

Santa will be at the flea market (1717 N. T St, Pensacola) on December 15th and 16th from 10am-2pm. Bring your own camera to get picture with Santa. 

Christmas Parades In Pensacola

Daphne Christmas Parade

Join the fun at the Daphne annual Christmas Parade that will roll on the Main St. Route starting at the Daphne Civic Center/Recreation Center/Library Complex at 6:30pm on December 7th. 


With 60 parade units and Santa Claus, Fairhope’s Magical Christmas Parade starts at 7:00 pm at the intersection of Morphy and Section Street, and continues down Section to Oak Street on December 7th. 


The Foley Christmas Parade runs through downtown Foley, AL starting at 10am on December 8th. 

Pace Christmas Parade 

The Pace Christmas Parade starts at Pace High School on December 8th at 11am. 


The annual Cox Pensacola Christmas Parade starts at 5;15pm and rolls through Downtown Pensacola with floats, bands and of course Santa on December 8th.  

Milton Christmas Parade 

The Milton Christmas Parade starts at Guy Thompson Community Center on December 15th at 6pm. Route – South on Stewart St to Elva St. 

Free Christmas Events In Pensacola

Christmas In Candyland 

Now through the end of December in Downtown Andalusia (505 E. Three Notch St., Andalusia, AL). Play cottages for kids to explore, train rides, light shows, snow and more. Everything is free except ice skating and slides which are $5 for skate rentals and $5 for 5 slides. 


Visit Santa, sing Christmas carols, and sip hot chocolate at Christmas in the Park at Heritage Park in Foley, AL (125 E Laurel Avenue Foley AL) from 6-8pm on December 7th.


After the Christmas Parade head over to Heritage Park for snow, crafts, live music, storytime with Mrs. Claus and more from 11am-3pm on December 8th. 


Create holiday ornaments with the family at the Molino Branch Library (6450-A Highway 95A) at 11am on December 8th. 


Make soothing bath products like sugar scrubs and bath soak for gifts at the Pensacola Library (239 N. Spring St.) at 2pm on December 8th. 


Children and families are invited to a night of fun featuring singing, dancing, giveaways and more from 6-8pm at the Brownsville Community Center on December 8th. 

Salvation Army Christmas Program 

Music, refreshments, a visit from Santa and fun on December 10th at 6:30pm at Homestead Village of Pensacola (7830 Pine Forest Rd, Pensacola). 


Play in real snow, visit with Santa and enjoy a movie on December 14th from 4-8pm at W.O. Lott Playground (2039 Main St. Daphne, AL).

Christmas For Kids 

Kids day out with Christmas crafts, games, storytime, music and fun for ages 4-11. December 15th from 9:30am-NOON. Register 

Hot Chocolate Drive Through 

Get free hot chocolate from 10am-NOON on December 15th at West Pensacola Baptist Church (5213 W. Jackson St., Pensacola). 

Elf Parade and Party 

Dress up in your elf costumes and head to downtown Jay for the Elf Parade. The parade starts at 5pm on December 15th and will go through downtown Jay, the hospital and the Terrace Retirement Home. After the parade there will be costumes for best elf, cookies and hot chocolate and the movie Elf at 6:40 at Opie’s Kool Stop Cafe and Coffee Shop (5252 Commerce St, Jay). 

December Gallery Night 

Holiday Fun in Downtown Pensacola during this month’s gallery night from 5-11pm on December 21st. 

Winter Wonderland 

Snow, sledding, santa and fun at the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail behind the Orange Beach Sportsplex on December 19th from 4-8pm. 

Christmas at the Waterfront 

Storytime, crafts, Santa and more for ages 12 and under on December 22nd from 12-4pm at the Pensacola Thrift Store Pound Room.  

Living Nativities In PEnsacola


Journey through the sights and sounds of the birth stories of Jesus with music and live animals from 5-7pm at Trinity Presbyterian Church ( 545 S. Mobile St., Fairhope, AL) on December 9th. 

Drive Through Nativity 

Drive through scenes from the nativity with live animals on December 13th-15th from 6-9pm at Navarre First Assembly of God (9494 Navarre Pkwy.) There will also be hot chocolate, Christmas cookies, pony rides, a petting zoo and a bounce house.
