Establish a Bedtime Routine
Sleep is extremely important for a successful day. Most children need 8-10 hours of sleep each night. A consistent routine can help.
Make sure electronics are off at least one hour before bedtime. Read a book before bedtime. Take a warm bath or shower. Use white noise machines or relaxing music.
Most importantly, go to bed at the same time every night. This will help the body adjust to a sleep schedule.
Eat A Healthy Breakfast

Get An Annual Checkup
A yearly medical exam is a must to ensure good health.
