When you ask in any local mom’s group where the best parks and playgrounds are in Pensacola, Perdido Kids Park is at the top of that list. There is good reason for this, the park is perfect for kids of all ages. It’s fun, engaging and there are even places for mom to sit and relax while the kids play.

Perdido Kids Park Location

Perdido Kid’s Park is located at 10004 Gulf Beach Hwy, Pensacola, FL. The park is  set back from the street and hidden behind trees so it’s easy to miss.

Perdido Kids Park Features

Perdido Kids Park has so many features and so much to do it’s going to be hard to name them all. Apart from slides, swings and typical climbing structures. The park also has rock climbing walls, wooden Blue Angel Planes and wooden race cars for pretend play. There is a place where kids can play drums and explore with musical sounds.

Perdido Kids Park also features a separated gated toddler area for little kids with climbing structures, ride on toys and swings.

Around the park are picnic tables with umbrellas, bench swings for adults and there is a covered pavilion. As well as bathrooms and a water fountain.

What Should You Bring To Perdido Kids Park

Yourself of course. I would also suggest sunscreen and bug spray. Good closed toe shoes are a must here. Oh and don’t forget the snacks and water bottle, the kids aren’t going to want to leave and so you’ll be there awhile.
